Tahirih Fields
With over 25 years in the fitness industry, I’ve come to understand that movement is medicine, and sustainable change requires strengthening both the body and the mind. I believe that physical health depends on building mental resilience, as habits are rooted in mental “muscle” just as much as physical strength.
To support my clients in achieving true, lasting wellness, I’ve dedicated myself to a well-rounded education, earning certifications across a range of disciplines, including mental fitness, resistance training, cardiovascular fitness, Pilates, breath work, and Yoga. This allows me to bring a holistic approach to our work together, whether your goal is increased mobility, weight management, or overall fitness.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals: helping seniors avoid surgeries through tailored exercises, guiding middle-aged adults in improving their health to manage or even reverse high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, and obesity, and training athletes to enhance speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility through muscle activation techniques. Whatever your needs, I’m here to help you strengthen both mind and body on your journey to optimal health.
