I am passionate about creating retreats that foster connection and belonging, inviting you to step away from daily life and immerse yourself in relaxation, rejuvenation, and meaningful connections. Each retreat offers a blend of daily yoga, soothing sound baths, and time for inward reflection, creating a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and others. In addition, we incorporate a silent nature hike for quiet reflection, followed by a social hike on the return journey.

I host two annual retreats at Breitenbush Hot Springs in Oregon each spring and fall, along with two destination retreats in stunning locations worldwide.

Join us for a transformative experience!

At our retreats, we create a welcoming space where strangers become friends. Participants are encouraged to connect with someone new, fostering genuine interactions and shared experiences. By the time the retreat concludes, meaningful friendships have been forged, and everyone leaves with a sense of connection and belonging.

If there’s a beach, you can count on yoga on the sand. There’s something magical about feeling the warm sand beneath you and the water gently washing over your limbs—far from the hassle of a yoga mat.

Connecting and bonding over shared meals, each participant is encouraged to dine with someone they don’t know yet, fostering deeper connections and meaningful interactions.

Forest bathing and silent hikes are integral to every retreat. Each hike is thoughtfully scouted in advance, offering both easy and challenging options to suit all levels. We begin in silence, immersing ourselves in the natural surroundings and personal reflection, and then enjoy a social hike on the way back, sharing the experience together.

Each retreat also includes dedicated time for inward reflection. A guiding question is posed in advance, inviting participants to journal or simply contemplate their response in silent connection with nature.

Curious about the experience? Here is what the past attendees have to say:

"I highly recommend Tahirih and her retreats. Though I have only participated in one of her retreats, I can imagine her other retreats (and other classes) are just as amazing, if not better. I am looking forward to the next retreat or event I can do with Tahirih as a facilitator. I participated on a weekend retreat at Breitenbush Hot Springs in OR that she led. It entailed healing crystal bowl sound baths, yoga, journaling and inward reflection, group discussions, and hot springs.

She creates a warm, safe, positive space for inward reflection, self-compassion, personal growth and interpersonal connection as well. She asks challenging questions that promote deep thought and discussion but does this gently and with kindness. Tahirih also offered multiple variations for all levels in yoga classes. It is obvious she approaches these classes and retreats with careful thought and truly wants to help people improve their mental and physical self, wherever they may be currently on their own journey. I can’t wait to meet up again or take any other of her classes or retreats." -Rachael Banach

"The Yoga, Sound Bath, and Inward Reflection Retreat was incredible. The natural surroundings, welcoming staff, and overall atmosphere create a perfect environment for calm and healing, with the beauty of nature being absolutely breathtaking. The sessions were led by Tahirih Fields, a gifted guide who created a safe and inclusive space for people of all ages, body types, and experience levels. Tahirih is a consummate professional with a heart of gold. I have recommended this retreat to all of my friends, family, and coworkers. It was renewing, spirited, and inspiring. I will participate again!" – Silvia Smart.
