One-On-One Personal training
I am committed to helping you become the best version of yourself, whatever your goal may be: weight loss, weight management, extending your range of motion, improving your athletic performance or simply keeping fit for life. After a fitness assessment, you and I will set a goal and work toward achieving it.
Small group training
Sometimes you and your friends may want to work as a team and have fun at the same time. Why not work out together? Depending on your goal, I can guide your group through classes in yoga, Pilates, bootcamp or a combination.

Weight Loss & Management
Throughout my 20-year career, about 80 percent of my clients have pursued the goal of losing weight and then maintaining their weight loss. To effectively support them, I earned a weight loss specialist certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have an eight week program where I offer suggestions, tools and guidance as you first begin, to make better "bad" choices and eventually, shift fully to healthier nutrition patterns.
